happenings and ramblings

• i am trying to get off afrin again. its so hard. like crazy hard. i went to see a specialist this week who put me on steroids, looked at my sinuses and DID NOT make fun of me:) i felt good.
  
• i went to target yesterday in:::: stretch pants; uggs; a sweatshirt; a coat; a hat; no make up; no bra. sick. i then proceeded to purchase:::: breathe right nasal strips; tissues; a humidifier; and 3 shirts. i am the definition of cool.
  
• Asher had physical therapy on wednesday. it went great. he was laughing and talking to the physical therapist. she said his torticolis is so mild.. that its actually measuring what their "goal" is for other kids. :)
  
• Ange came off maternity leave this week and some kind kind kind soul put us together on Sunday night. .. it was wonderful. we had a cake assignment. . .i was so happy to have my jo jo back at work with me.
  
• i changed my number.. dun dun dun.... wow. go me! not that anyone was "bothering" me.. just for my own way to heal this grieving process im going through....accepting things not working out. .. and setting some BOUNDARIES!
  
• Asher has discovered that he makes this hilarious sound when he inhales.. .. like an inhale laugh. SO FUNNY!! he does it all day. .
• saw myself in a full length. full width.. mirror today.. for the first time in MONTHS. no bueno friends. no bueno. i might need to start accompanying morg to the bountiful bubble and work out with her. .. no bueno.
  
• all my Christmas presents are wrapped and under the tree. feels nice.
• the Dexter finale has been giving me nightmares.
  
• i have had such bad insomnia this week from my shift turn arounds... that i took an ambien the other night. never again . . i was stumbling around. . eating everything. i forgot the 2 main side effects.. 1)you turn crazy 2) you eat everything in sight. ...

all is well. we are doing well.
